Felipe...the beach house is visible in your choice of photos. I've circled it in red. If you google map street view 1112 Manhattan ave, Hermosa Beach CA the blue/white 2 story house is the current abode for the happy couple.

I managed to find the house using Google Earth, very cool!
Near of pier... so beautiful this place. I can see the mark you made in the photo. Nice!
Viviane showed me the house through the laptop when a dog appeared in the house. maybe the dog was of a neighbor ... She was talking with me on skype when she ran in fear calling William, very funny. She does not like dogs.
