International Space Station

Nearing the completion of International Space Station, the crew of the Shuttle Discovery took a very cool photo upon their departure. The Earth is 'above' the ISS and a thin sliver of the atmostphere is coming into view.

Discovery lands on Saturday March 28th.

Football night

So the boy wants to play football next year. So I'm off to the highschool to learn what we need to do. I've had a very busy week plus and have neglected this blog since then. I'll be back tomorrow with more to say.

6 Signs of the Times

1 year ago, you couldn't find a sign in our town, now they are on every corner. Sadly, a dime a dozen these days. Some of these are from people I know who are now unemployed and have to sell their homes at rock bottom as they now can not afford them.

2 months later...

New President, sick ecomony, work going down the tubes...I've negleted the blog.
